I am an official triathlete! I had an awesome time at the Blue Lake Triathlon, and I am very proud of my very medium finish time of 1 hour 45 minutes and 31 seconds.
The gear: Before: Game Face:
Swim: 1/2 mile in 25 min Bike: 12 miles in 43 min
Run: 5k in 29 min. After: And then I took a two hour nap.
Yeah, I was gonna say, Jamie almost failed to mention that I am basically a triathlete now, too. Runnng to and fro, swimming through spectators sweat, stealing a little kid's bike.
Jame, this is so cool, it is the next thing that I want to do. When you know when another one is let me know so we can both do it. That would be so cool. I was a little sad that you did not mention San Fran in you letter though. I know you just loved it so much you wanted to cherish and keep it to yourself. I understand that the triathlon is taking over your mind though, that is really really awesome and you should be proud that you did something so hard and did it so well. Love ya sister.
That is SO awesome, and you look so happy and way too cute to have just done something so strenuous! Great pics to brookie, it is awesome you have the whole thing documented!!
Where can you even go after a triathalon? In my mind it is the pinnacle of awesomeness. I guess you'll just start training for an iron man??
